I may be out of one of my jobs soon. One of the libraries is in some financial difficulty, so I could be downsized. Not that my boss wants that to happen. If I do have to leave, or even if my hours are reduced, I'll be job hunting. So I'm looking around. It's very depressing to look for a job when your self-concept says you aren't good for much. My dad once said I shouldn't look for just any old job but one that would enrich me. In principle I agree, but that added criterion just makes the search that much harder. Oh well, maybe something will turn up. I'm kind of hoping I'll have some excuse to move back to Dallas.
