more on jobs and Xanga

Well, my job prospects are looking up. I just found out about another copyediting position, and I also just wrote an e-mail to Encyclopaedia Britannica to see what positions they have open. So that's four possibilities so far. The one I haven't mentioned is an indexer-analyst job at ATLA. I guess I'll start writing cover letters ... umm, this weekend. Yeah. :)

I want to read What Color Is Your Parachute?, but my apologetics project keeps getting in the way. I think it will be done soon, though. Maybe I should pause it to read the book.

I'm on my second Xanga blog now in my new blog-reading spree. Now I want to move my blog to Xanga so people can comment on it and I can join the Wheaton blogring. I have an account there, which I've had for years but never did anything with, but I only use it for commenting on other people's blogs. And I feel sort of loyal to Diaryland, since I've been on here for so long. Hmm, what to do?

I just got an automated response from Encyclopaedia Britannica that basically assumed I had sent my resume or something, so I guess I'll send it to them without waiting for a personal response to my first message.
