I'm at work an hour early with nothing to do, so I might as well write a Diaryland entry.

Things are finally moving with IVP. They mailed me a proofreading test last week, and it got here today. I will try to make all the corrections tonight and then mail it tomorrow.

The first private spacecraft launch was made today. I just found that out. This should be veeeery very interesting, having regular, non-governmental people poking around in space. I could read science news for hours. There's always something strange going on in the universe that scientists are discovering, such as this comet.

My website preparations are rolling along. I'm working at the museum all day tomorrow, so I should get a lot of writing done.

For various circumstantial reasons, Tim decided not to live with me. I was disappointed, but I thought it was a good decision. It gives me some more freedom, too. Now I'm not in a rush to find a new place before Tim's lease runs out, and I can live near my workplace, wherever that will be, rather than possibly having to compromise.
